NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 8, 2020--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew
its overall BELOW AVERAGE rankings on RAIT Financial Trust (RAIT) as a
commercial mortgage loan primary and special servicer.

The withdrawals follow the sale of RAIT's servicing operations, including its
servicing portfolios, which was completed on Dec. 23, 2019.
