Earlier this year in July, Microsoft CEO Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff has criticized Microsoft Corporation's (NASDAQ:MSFT) Copilot by comparing it to the infamous "Clippy" assistant, which was ultimately removed in 2007.

What Happened: On Thursday, in an interview with Bloomberg's Emily Chang at the Salesforce Dreamforce conference, Benioff said that Microsoft's Copilot has not offered any value to customers.

Benioff stated that customers are tired of not receiving the value they expect, which has resulted in them turning to Salesforce's next-generation platform, Agentforce.
