MISC To Acquire 49% Equity From SBM In FPSO Kikeh And Divest In Brazil
Upon completion of the Acquisition, both will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of MISC, whilst upon completion of the Divestment, BDPBV, BDPC, BDPL and BDFT will cease to be joint-venture companies of MISC.MISC Berhad announced that its subsidiaries had entered into Share Sale and Purchase Agreements with SBM Holding Inc.
