GigaCloud Technology Inc (NASDAQ:GCT) ("GigaCloud" or the "Company"), a pioneer of global end-to-end B2B technology solutions for large parcel merchandise, today announced the resignation of David Lau, Chief Financial Officer, to pursue other business interests effective August 19, 2024. Erica Wei, the Company's Vice President of Finance, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer starting August 19, 2024.
