港交所(00388.HK)新特專科技公司上市機制18C推出一年多，至今仍未有公司循該機制成功上市，羅兵咸永道香港資本巿場服務合夥人陳樂泰預計，今年大概有三至五家公司以18C章的途徑來香港股票市場申請上市。
他認為該制度可吸引很多創新特專科技，包括粵港澳大灣區不同行業的企業來港上市，將一些優質的科技公司帶來香港。創業板和18C配合方面，他指，香港有很多優秀的科技企業，可先透過改革後的GEM上市募集第一筆資金，將來有機會再考慮轉主板上市。
