Waste Connections, Inc. has successfully concluded its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, with all eight director nominees being elected to the board. Shareholders also gave a nod to the executive compensation plan and reappointed Grant Thornton LLP as the company’s independent auditor for 2024. The vote results will be made available through official U.S. and Canadian regulatory filings.
