Shell plc has announced the buy-back of shares on 16 May 2024 as part of its ongoing share repurchase program, with transactions conducted on various stock exchanges in both GBP and EUR. The repurchases are in line with the parameters set by company authorities and regulatory guidelines from both the EU and the UK. These buy-backs are a part of the company’s strategic efforts to manage share capital, executed independently by BNP PARIBAS Financial Markets SNC.
