According to Zhitong Finance App News, China Shenhua (01088) announced that the company intends to invest RMB 60 million of its own capital with the Shaanxi Provincial Government Investment Guidance Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (Guidance Fund), Guohua Energy Investment Co., Ltd. (Guohua Investment) and Guohua Investment Development Asset Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Guohua Asset Management) to jointly establish the Guoneng Technology Achievement Transformation Investment Fund (Limited Partnership).
In order to optimize the investment structure of the Guiding Fund, the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund changed the fund funder, that is, the limited partner guidance fund's investment amount was reduced from RMB 60 million to RMB 40 million, and the investment ratio was reduced from 30% to 20%; the limited partner Xi'an Lianrui Industrial Investment and Development Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (Lianrui Fund) was added. The investment amount was RMB 20 million, and the investment ratio was 10%. After the change, the overall size of the fund remained unchanged at RMB 200 million, and the investment amounts and investment ratios of the other funders of the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund, namely the Company, Guohua Investment, and Guohua Asset Management, remained unchanged. After the establishment of the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund, the company will not consolidate its financial statements.
On May 15, 2024, the company and other partners of the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund signed a “Partnership Agreement” in Xi'an. On the same day, the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund completed business registration and obtained a business license issued by the Xi'an Lianhu District Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau. The name of the fund was changed from Guoneng Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Investment Fund (limited partnership) to National Energy (Shaanxi) Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Investment Fund Partnership (limited partnership).
