Indivior plc has successfully repurchased 25,147 of its ordinary shares on May 14, 2024, for cancellation, with transactions carried out through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 1,412.00 to 1,448.00, with the volume-weighted average price per share at 1,435.05. This buyback leaves Indivior with a total of 135,160,842 ordinary shares with voting rights in circulation.
