Sim Leisure Group Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at KidZania Palawan Kidz City, with the Executive Chairman Dato’ Sim Choo Kheng presiding over the session which commenced at 2.00 p.m. The company confirmed a quorum and proceeded with the meeting in the presence of the Board of Directors, shareholders, and company officials, despite the absence of two independent directors who apologized for not attending. The AGM covered resolutions previously circulated to shareholders and published on both SGXNet and the company’s website.
