Nomura Holdings, Inc. has actively repurchased its shares, with a total buyback of 36,574,800 shares amounting to 33,871,525,690 JPY in April 2024, representing significant progress towards their buyback plan, reaching 66.2% of the targeted shares and 74.9% of the allocated budget. Additionally, the company disposed of 403,600 shares, primarily through the exercise of stock acquisition rights, totaling a disposal amount of 57,860,600 JPY.
