On May 14, GLONGHUI | MOS HOUSE (01653.HK) announced that in the past few months, the company has taken active steps to find suitable candidates who meet the relevant requirements (including but not limited to the industry in which the company does business and the diversity of board members) to appoint them as independent non-executive directors and fill vacancies in the company's audit committee and nomination committee. Despite the company's best efforts, the company still needs more time to find the right person to bring fresh perspectives, skills, and experience to the board to fill the gap. The company has applied to the Exchange for an exemption from strict compliance with the requirements of section 3.10 (1), 3.21 and 3.27A of the listing rules, and is awaiting approval from the Exchange to extend the grace period to fill the vacancy.
