电视广播（00511）公布，于2024年5月13日，公司与广发全球订立广发认购协议，拟向广发全球发行约874.38万股广发认购股份，每股广发认购股份港币3.36元，净筹约2850万港元，将用于一般企业用途，包括集团与中国内地串流平台合作伙伴的合拍剧项目的营运资金。
同日，公司与邵氏兄弟订立邵氏兄弟认购协议，拟向邵氏兄弟发行约2000万股邵氏兄弟认购股份，每股认购价4港元，经常约7880万港元，将用于一般企业用途，包括集团与中国内地串流平台合作伙伴的合拍剧项目的营运资金。
