RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 200,661 of its own ordinary shares, which will be held as treasury shares. This latest acquisition brings the total number of shares held in treasury to 34,177,798, with an overall total of 1,874,168,684 shares in issue excluding those held in treasury. The shares were bought via UBS AG London Branch with individual transaction details provided, including price per share and transaction times.
