Ryanair Holdings PLC has reported a change in major holdings, with HSBC Holdings plc’s total voting rights crossing the 9% threshold as of May 8, 2024. HSBC’s direct and indirect voting rights now total 9.186%, as indicated in the latest notification received by Ryanair on May 10, 2024.
