On or around May 9, 2024, Silverine, Hang Huo Investment and Link Hotels International (all wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, collectively referred to as defendants) received the claimant's original claim in the High Court of the Republic of Singapore.

The announcement stated that the lawsuit will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's financial situation.
