Gelonghui May 10 | VISION DEAL-Z (07827.HK) announced that Rong Shengwen has resigned as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the Company Audit Committee, effective May 10, 2024, to spend more time on its new business arrangements and commitments.

The Board of Directors further announces that, following his resignation, the composition of the board committee will be changed as follows: (1) Michael Ward (currently an independent non-executive director with appropriate professional qualifications as required by section 3.10 (2) of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules) has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee to replace Mr. Rong Rong;

(2) Dr. Yu Zhe, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee; and

(3) Dr Chan Wai Yu remains a member of the Audit Committee.
