Stantec Inc., a global design and engineering firm, announced the retirement of long-time director and former CEO Bob Gomes due to director term limits during its annual shareholders meeting held on May 9, 2024. At the meeting, shareholders re-elected all nine director nominees and reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor for the upcoming year. Additionally, shareholders approved the company’s executive compensation approach, further solidifying Stantec’s commitment to community-focused design.
