RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has actively engaged in the repurchase of its own shares, buying back 201,308 ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, which will be held as treasury stock. This latest acquisition brings the total held in treasury to 33,776,273 shares, reducing the number of outstanding shares to 1,874,554,424. RELX PLC’s ongoing share buyback program has accumulated 14,064,080 shares since the start of the year.
