浩柏国际（08431）发布公告，由于公司与中正天恒会计师有限公司未能就公司截至2024年3月31日止财政年度的建议审核费用达成共识，故中正天恒已辞任公司核数师，自2024年5月8日起生效。
经考虑审核委员会的推荐意见，董事会亦谨此宣布委任致宝信勤会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，以填补2024年5月8日中正天恒辞任生效后的临时空缺。
