(NYSE:TOL), the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, today announced its newest active-adult 55+ community, Regency at Auburn Station, is coming soon to Raleigh, North Carolina. Construction of the Sales Center and model homes is in progress, and sales will start in the summer of 2024.
