InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC completed a share buyback on the 7th of May, 2024, acquiring 40,000 shares at prices ranging from £78.84 to £79.90 per share. The average purchase price was £79.2979 per share, and the company plans to cancel the acquired shares, leaving 162,862,823 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
