Gelonghui, May 7, 丨 Peking University Resources (00618.HK) announced that all conditions for the share capital restructuring have been fulfilled, and the share capital restructuring will take effect on May 8, 2024.

Starting at 9:00 a.m. on May 23, 2024, the trading unit for each lot of shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 2,000 existing shares to 8,000 new shares per lot.
