Caledonia Mining (CMCL) has released an update.
Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc reported the successful completion of its annual general meeting where eight director nominees were re-elected and BDO South Africa Inc was reappointed as the company’s auditor. Over 62% of outstanding voting shares were represented with the majority of votes cast in favor of the proposed resolutions. The meeting, which included reappointments to the Audit Committee, signifies continued stability in Caledonia Mining’s corporate governance.
