【財華社訊】香港資源控股(02882.HK)公佈，董事會建議將公司英文名稱由「Hong Kong Resources Holdings Company Limited」 更改為「3DG HOLDINGS (INTERNATIONAL) LIMITED」，並將公司第二中文名稱由「香港資源控股有限公司」更改為「金至尊集團(國際)有限公司」。
建議更改名稱須待股東於股東特別大會上以特別決議案方式批准；及百慕達公司註冊處發出更改名稱證書及第二名稱證書批准後，方可作實。
