钧濠集团（00115）发布公告，于2024年3月6日，公司拟向认购人曾芷诺女士发行本金额不少于1.009亿港元及不超过1.019亿港元的新可换股债券。初步转换价为每股合并股份2.6港元。
由于认购协议项下所有先决条件已根据认购协议的条款获达成及/或豁免，认购事项已于2024年5月6日完成。
