Indivior PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 24,065 of its ordinary shares on May 2, 2024, through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. This transaction is part of a share repurchase program on the London Stock Exchange, which will leave Indivior with 135,336,493 ordinary shares with voting rights. The repurchase involved transactions with a volume-weighted average price per share ranging from 1,419.00 to 1,447.00.
