Tenaris (TS) has released an update.
Tenaris S.A. shareholders approved the financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2023 and declared an annual dividend of $0.60 per share, which includes a previously paid interim dividend. The Board of Directors was also re-elected, and the company’s compensation policy and auditor fees for the upcoming fiscal year were approved. Furthermore, the Board was authorized to electronically distribute shareholder communications in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
