According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhaojin Mining (01818) issued an announcement relating to an offer made by Zhaojin Capital (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) to acquire all paid common shares (offers) in Tietto Minerals Limited's share capital.

The company is pleased to confirm that the voting power of the target company has been increased to more than 50% of the target company, so the target company will become a subsidiary of the company. According to section 624 (2) of the Companies Act, the offer period has been automatically extended and is now scheduled to end 14 days after the target company's voting rights exceed 50%.

As a result, the offer will continue to be accepted until May 14, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time (sixth extension of the offer period). Except as described above and as disclosed in such announcements, all other terms and conditions of the offer (including the new offer price announced on April 15, 2024) remain unchanged as of the date of this announcement.
