In his new role, Lam will focus on boosting the Group’s operational and cost efficiencies, maintaining safety standards, and fostering collaboration across the company, while continuing to lead as President of the Commercial Aerospace sector. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing the company’s competitive edge and agility in a dynamic market environment.
