Zhitong Finance App News, HPC Holdings (01742) announced that Zhu Dong has retired as the company's independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the respective audit committee and nomination committee, effective from the end of the annual shareholders' meeting.

Following Zhu Dong's retirement, Yin Yunliang, the company's independent non-executive director, was appointed as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Furthermore, Chen Liping was elected as an independent non-executive director of the company at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, with effect from April 30, 2024. Chen Liping has also been appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, effective on the same day.
