The company learned that Hulett Construction has recently been awarded a tender by the Housing Development Board, a statutory body under the Ministry of National Development of Singapore, to rent a 1008-bed foreign workers' dormitory located at 10A Eunos Road 1, Singapore 408523. The rental period starts on May 13, 2024 and ends on December 31, 2025 (which can be issued by the Housing and Housing Development Authority through a three-month written notice terminated or extended), the monthly rent was SGD 323,600. Hulett Construction has accepted the grant and was granted an extension on or before April 29, 2024 to meet the requirements under the Housing Development Authority.

According to the terms of the lease, the dormitory must be rented on an “as is” basis and authorized to provide housing for foreign workers working on the Housing Development Authority project. Hulett Construction is required to grant a performance guarantee to the Housing Development Authority for a security deposit of SGD 970,700 under the lease, and the vacant ownership of the dormitory must be delivered to Hulett Construction on May 13, 2024. Hulett Construction is required to rent the dormitory's accommodation facilities to other tenants to provide housing for foreign workers working on the Housing Development Authority project in accordance with the terms of the lease.
