2024年4月28日，来源于国家金融监督管理总局黑龙江监管局的消息，华夏银行股份有限公司哈尔滨分行首席风险官杜宏双的任职资格已获得批准。根据《中国银保监会中资商业银行行政许可事项实施办法》的有关规定，杜宏双应自批复之日起3个月内到任，并向监管局报告到任情况。未在规定期限内到任的，本批复将失效，由监管局办理注销手续。
