According to Zhitong Finance App News, CITIC Construction Investment Securities (06066) announced that it has applied for the US$4 billion medium-term note plan (the plan) from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited to be listed within 12 months after April 26, 2024. According to this, the notes may only be issued to professional investors by way of debt issuance (see Chapter 37 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules for the definition). The listing of the plan will take effect on April 29, 2024.
