观点网讯：4月18日，香港屯门新盘“凯和山”由路劲地产牵头发展，至今已售出51伙单位，吸金2.3亿港元。平均成交呎价达1万港元，主要买家来自屯门及荃湾等新界西部地区。
项目负责人陈健聪透露，本周六将推出150个单位，包括1、3及5座，以两房单位为主，预计今年中旬交楼。据悉，政策调整后，内地买家查询量激增。
此外，陈健聪还提到，同一集团旗下的港岛南岸晋环项目，3月销售成绩良好，政策调整后共售出71伙，套现147亿港元，销售主要集中在小户型单位。
