星星集团（01560）发布公告，董事会建议将公司英文名称由“Star Group Company Limited”更改为“Star Group Asia Limited”，并将中文名称由“星星集团有限公司”更改为“星星集团亚洲有限公司”。
建议更改公司名称须待股东于应届股东周年大会通过批准建议更改公司名称的特别决议案；及开曼群岛公司注册处处长透过发出更改名称注册证书批准建议更改公司名称后，方告作实。
