市建局盛德街/馬頭涌道發展項目早前共接獲6份標書，最終信和置業(00083.HK)、招商局置地(00987.HK)及鷹君(00041.HK)合組的財團金威朗以19.34億元投得。市建局公布其餘5份符合招標要求但落選的標書投標金額，次高標價為11.47億元，較項目批出金額低40.7%。
而最後投標金額則為8.262億元，以項目可發展總樓面面積約41.49萬平方呎計算，該投標價每平方呎出價僅約1,991元。
