日本三井物產宣布，聯同樂敦製藥收購余仁生國際，估值為8億新加坡元，即約46.5億港元。交易預計6月底完成。
三井與樂敦的合資公司，將向Righteous Crane購入余仁生國際86%股權。交易完成後，合資公司將提出全面收購其餘14%余仁生股權的要約，余氏家族則將重新投資部分資金於三井與樂敦的合資公司。
一旦完成收購余仁生100%權益，三井會擁有30%，樂敦和余氏家族則分別持股60%及10%。
