自今年3月14日，杭州宣布全面取消二手房限購後，杭州的二手房市場開始活躍，增強購買者的信心。據杭州貝殼研究院公布數據顯示，3月杭州二手房網簽量達到8,557套，按月增長236%；中介帶看量按月提升224%，創近四年來的最高單月帶看量紀錄。
3月新增二手房掛牌量按月提升147%。目前杭州樓市仍處於「以價換量」的階段，降價掛牌房源量遠超漲價房源。(ta/w)
