According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Building Materials (03323) announced its annual results for 2023, with operating income of about RMB 210,216 billion (RMB, same below), a year-on-year decrease of 10.12%; profit attributable to the company's equity holders of 3.863 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 52.48%; profit per share of 0.458 yuan; and a proposed final dividend of 0.229 yuan per share (tax included).

According to reports, the main reason for the decline in revenue was due to a decrease of 8.43 billion yuan in revenue from the Group's Basic Building Materials Division, which was partially offset by an increase of 2,729 billion yuan in revenue from the Engineering Technology Services Division and an increase of 1,648 billion yuan in revenue from the New Materials Division.
