Gorilla Technology Group Inc. shareholders have approved a share consolidation at a ratio between two-for-one and twenty-for-one during the Extraordinary General Meeting. The meeting also addressed a proposal to increase the company’s authorized share capital, which has been adjourned and is scheduled to reconvene on April 18, 2024. The information from this meeting is now incorporated into the company’s existing registration statements.
