On March 15, 2024, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that the Listing Committee had decided to cancel the company's listing status (delisting decision) in accordance with section 6.01A of the Listing Rules because the Listing Committee believed that the company had not reached all the resumption guidelines before the resumption deadline.

According to Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the company has the right to submit the delisting decision to the Listing Review Committee for review (review by the Listing Review Committee) within seven business days (i.e. on or before March 26, 2024) from the date the delisting decision is issued. If the company decides not to require a review by the Listing Review Committee, the last listing date for the shares will be April 2, 2024, and the listing of the shares will be cancelled at 9:00 a.m. on April 3, 2024.

After considering the delisting decision and internal discussions and discussions with professional advisors, the company submitted an application for review by the Listing Review Committee on March 25, 2024.
