仲量聯行宣布，將根據土地審裁處《土地（為重新發展而強制售賣）條例》，於2024年4月17日，公開拍賣香港禮頓道128至138號(雙數)及希雲街2至30號(雙數)希雲大廈，底價24.25億元。
該物業於1959年落成，為一幢11層商住綜合用途樓宇，目前由金朝陽集團(00878.HK)持有。
據了解，該項目於2022年曾以32.1億元售出，惟其後買家撻訂，被沒收近3.2億元訂金。
