Loo continues Raffles Medical share spree as weekly tally climbs to 500,000 units

The CEO acquired a further 200,000 units in the company for $206,284 on March 21.

Dr Loo Choon Yong continued his buying spree of shares in Raffles Medical Group BSL, of which he is CEO and a substantial shareholder, acquiring a further 200,000 units in the company for $206,284 or $1.03142 each on March 21.

The shares were sold via market transaction.

On March 19, Loo acquired 100,000 units in the company at $1.03 each, before purchasing an additional 200,000 units in the company at $1.03335 each on March 20.

After the latest purchase, his direct stake in Raffles Medical has increased to 11.595% from 11.584% previously.

In addition, Loo has a deemed interest in another 783.8 million shares, giving him a total interest of 999.15 million shares, or 53.804%.

Units in Raffles Medical closed unchanged at $1.04 on March 22.
