Glonghui March 18 | Kangqiao Yue Life (2205.HK) surged more than 23% at the beginning of the session, hitting a high of HK$0.64. Kang Qiaoyue Life announced its 2023 annual results announcement. During the reporting period, it achieved revenue of about 934 million yuan, an increase of 17.8% year on year; gross profit of about 221 million yuan, up 15.5% year on year; and the board of directors recommended that a final dividend of 0.053 yuan per share for the year ended 31 December 2023 be distributed to all shareholders. In terms of management scale, as of December 31, 2023, the scope of Kangqiaoyue lifestyle services has been expanded to 34 cities in 9 provinces, with an increase of 44 projects over the same period last year to 278; the construction area under management is about 41 million square meters, an increase of 28.5% over about 31.9 million square meters in the same period in 2022.
