The company held the 7th meeting of the 5th board of directors on March 15, 2024 to unanimously review and pass the “Proposal on Changing the Company's General Manager”. Based on the company's development needs, nominated by Mr. Su Xiaozhong, the chairman of the company, and reviewed and approved by the nomination committee of the board of directors, the board of directors of the company agreed to appoint Mr. Dai Hao as the company's general manager.
