Sincap Group Limited has announced that its sponsor, Stamford Corporate Services, will discontinue its sponsorship services, effective 28 May 2024. The company, whose shares have been suspended since May 2021, is in the process of finding a replacement sponsor and urges shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution with their securities in the meantime.
