(CSE: FNDX) (OTCQB: FDXTF) (FSE: E8D) (the "Company" or "FendX"), a nanotechnology company developing surface protection coatings to reduce the spread of pathogens, announces its intention to complete a share for debt settlement with a creditor at a price of $0.225 per share, to settle $112,500 of advisory fees through the issuance of 500,000 common shares. Completion of the debt settlement is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including from the CSE. The shares to be issued will be subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance, in accordance with applicable securities laws.
