仍志集团控股（08079）发布公告，于2024年2月9日，卖方（望星信贷有限公司，公司间接全资附属）与买方（Gidwani Dheeraj先）订立临时协议，卖方已同意出售，而买方已同意购买该物业，代价为160万港元。
据悉，该物业位于中国香港九龙漆咸道南87–105号百利商业中心9楼904室，总楼面面积约220平方呎。该物业为商用物业，目前由卖方自用。
