瑞和数智（03680）发布公告，于2024年2月2日，该公司间接全资附属公司索信达深圳与优势金控、泉州大数据、泉州鲤城文投及数字政通就成立有限合伙企业订立合伙协议。
根据合伙协议，有限合伙企业全体合伙人的出资总额为人民币1亿元，其中优势金控作为普通合伙人拟出资人民币100万元，泉州大数据、泉州鲤城文投、数字政通及索信达深圳作为有限合伙人分别拟出资人民币5000万元、人民币1000万元、人民币1950万元及人民币1950万元。
